Dr. Becky Shopfner joined the TECH faculty in January 2000. She completed her doctorate in curriculum and instruction in December 1999 at the University of Arkansas. Dr. Shopfner was a classroom teacher for twenty-three years in Ft. Smith. Prior to joining the TECH faculty, she was Director of the Arkansas Teacher Institute. Dr. Shopfner is very actively involved in the National Board certification process for teachers. She is a trained NBPTS facilitator and provides support for those interested in the National Boards through the Center for Leadership and Learning. |
